I have seen a few too many people do this to let it go by without saying something...
There is a time to curl your lashes, and there is a time to not!
Curl them BEFORE you put on any mascara! Don't curl them after you have mascara on!
Why you ask??
As soon as you put on mascara, it starts to dry... and you never want to curl your lashes dry! The dry mascara makes your lashes brittle, so if you clamp down on them with an eyelash curler, you put your lashes at extreme danger!! haha
Plus, when you curl (or even apply another coat of mascara) to lashes with dry (or drying) mascara, often times you cause the mascara to break and then you get those little mascara flakes all over! No bueno!
Your lashes will thank you if you curl them before you apply any mascara! If you are concerned about your lashes holding a curl, just do one eye at a time!
